  • Describe several characteristics of mindfulness  

  • Identify and describe problems for which mindfulness has been used to help people who smoke  

  • Provide instruction for the following practices:  

    • A moment of mindfulness  

    • Mindful meditation and mindful walking  

    • Mindful smoking reduction   

    • Urge surfing
